Job Description: Next Generation Transcription (NGT) is looking for an MT to do IC work. Prefer someone with experience, but if you are a new graduate from school and score well on the exam you will be considered as well.
2 positions available. The 1st will typically require 60 minutes of dictation per day and the other 120-180 minutes of dictation per day although the amount could vary depending on what work is available. Prefer that you work during the day. Actual work time is usually 3 times the amount of dictation time (will vary depending on typing speed and knowledge of medical terminology)
Will take 1 person to do both jobs if interested. The amount of work may decrease after mid January to 90 minutes of dictation per day.
Technical requirements for this positions are a foot pedal, some type of wav player software for the foot pedal, Microsoft Word, and obviously an internet connection and e-mail. Should be familiar with FTP. You will work from home.
